Bij gebruik van de sauna\u2019s is het dragen van badkleding niet toegestaan.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Finnish sauna<\/h2>\n<p>Het principe van een sauna is gebaseerd op warmte, vocht en afkoeling. De hoge temperatuur van de sauna\u2019s, die tussen de 80 en 95\u00b0C ligt, stimuleert de werking van de organen. Er ontstaat een zuurstofrijke doorbloeding van de interne organen. Spieren en gewrichten krijgen hun soepelheid terug. Door de warmteontwikkeling begint de huid te transpireren en hierdoor verlaten allerlei afvalstoffen het lichaam. This is particularly noteworthy because a steam bath is about 50 degrees colder than a sauna.
